Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and classes. Last updated: October 2026.
About Our Services
Quran Online Mentor Academy provides live, one-to-one online Quran and Islamic education classes for children, teenagers, and adults. Course descriptions on this website explain what each course covers; the specific plan for each student is agreed after a free trial assessment.
Free Trial Classes
New students may book one free trial class. A trial class is confirmed only when the academy confirms the time with you directly. Submitting a form or sending a message is a request, not a completed booking.
Scheduling & Attendance
Class times are agreed between the academy and the student (or parent/guardian). Please attend on time and give reasonable notice on WhatsApp if a class must be rescheduled. Repeated unexplained absences may lead us to revise or pause a student's schedule.
Fees
Where fees apply, the amount, what it covers, and the payment schedule for your chosen plan will be shared with you clearly before regular classes begin, so you can decide with full information. No payment is required for the free trial class.
Conduct & Safeguarding
Students and parents are expected to treat teachers respectfully, and our teachers are held to the same standard. For children's classes, a parent or guardian should be nearby and remains responsible for the child's supervision and internet use during lessons.
Learning Outcomes
We commit to qualified teaching, personal plans, and honest feedback. Individual learning outcomes depend on the student's starting level, attendance, and practice, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
