When you register for a free trial or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, WhatsApp number, student age group, selected course, learning level, preferred days and times, timezone, and any message you write. If you become a student, we also keep lesson records needed to plan classes and track learning progress.

We use your information only to: arrange and confirm your trial and regular classes; communicate with you about scheduling and learning progress; recommend suitable courses; and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Our booking and contact forms hand over to WhatsApp at your choice. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy. Please do not send sensitive personal documents through chat unless we specifically request them.

For students under 18, a parent or guardian provides the contact details and communicates with the academy on the child's behalf. We collect only the information needed to teach and safeguard the student.

Your information is shared only with the teacher and academy staff who need it to deliver your classes. We take reasonable technical and organisational care to protect it, and we keep it only as long as needed for teaching and legal record purposes.
